Solates retrains the mind to think positively to open yourself to the highest levels of strengthening, healing and balancing. Using crystal alchemy sound bowls, yoga, and pilates. The definition of solate is to become a sol. In chemistry it is to change from a gel into a liquid.  Samantha created Solates which offers a combination of mental and physical movements utilizing your breath to strengthen, balance and move energy in the body to be the healthiest and happiest version of soulful self. 

Solates is a method of using mantras, mudras, movements and positive affirmations combined with Pilates and yoga, followed by a reiki infused Soundbath guided meditation. A class and space creating safety and allowing the imbalances of the body to strengthen and regenerate for total body activation and clearing of the chakras. 

I find that the Pilates reformer offers cushion and support to your body. It is why I love teaching Pilates. No matter your body’s age or strength it will help you lengthen and tone. 

I find that the crystal alchemy sound bowls’ vibrations also give you cushion to your meditation and life. I have created a class that offers you support to balance and heal in all aspects of your mind, body, and soul.
