Each week focuses on one chakra center — from the Root to the Crown — allowing you to gently release stored energy and awaken your full vibrational power.
Between each session, you’ll allow one week of energetic integration and rest as your system recalibrates. You can revisit this program every 6 months for a full energetic and hormonal reset.

How to Begin
Create a sacred space filled with your favorite crystals, candles, or plants. Begin seated, then recline with your arms and legs uncrossed. Use headphones for the Soundbath portion and an eye mask or eye pillow to activate the third eye and pituitary gland.
After each session, allow time for integration — soak in an Epsom salt bath or rest quietly to let the vibrations continue healing your body and mind.
